Executive Management

Kevin Jones,  earned his B.S. in Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.   His career has included a variety of pharmacy management and administrative positions in prestigious health care organizations.  He served as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital and Clinics.  He gained extensive managed care experience as the Manager of Home Care and Long-Term Care in the Colorado Region of Kaiser Permanente.  More recently, he has served as the Director of Inpatient Pharmacy at the Denver Health Medical Center.  In each of these positions he has been successful in developing innovative clinical pharmacy programs, assuring regulatory compliance and implementing cost-effective pharmacy programs.

David Bilyeu,  earned his B.S. in Pharmacy at the University of Colorado.  After serving the pharmacy community for more than 7 years in ambulatory, acute care, and home-care disciplines, he received a Master of Computer Information Systems degree from the University of Denver.  In recent years, he has developed, managed, and supported pharmacy information systems in a variety of settings.  For Kaiser Permanente in Colorado and Kansas, he led a team of analysts who managed computerized physician order entry, integrated voice response, pharmacy clinical management, automation, and sales systems before moving on to the University of Colorado Hospital.  While at the University of Colorado as the Pharmacy Systems Administrator, he gained extensive knowledge in acute care pharmacy system management including drug distribution systems, document imaging, HL-7 interfacing, and clinical decision support.

Don Tillman,  earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree at the University of Kansas.  He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency and a two year Emergency Medicine/Toxicology Fellowship at the University of Illinois, Chicago.  He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a Certified Anticoagulation Care Provider.  His career has included work as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine and extensive experience in telephone management of high risk patients in one of the largest Anticoagulation Clinics in North America.  His current position as Manager of the Clinical Research Department at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital keeps him on the cutting edge of medicine.

Norman Kwong,  earned his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Houston and his Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma.  He has completed a pharmacy practice residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and a specialized residency in Adult Medicine at the University of Texas.  Norman is currently a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist who's main practice area is intensive care.  He has served as a clinical pharmacy specialist at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital for nearly 10 years and has directed their pharmacy practice and intensive care specialty residency programs.  He has extensive experience in formulary management and in the development of clinical pharmacy services.  Norman has been named Preceptor of the Year by the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy and Colorado's Pharmacist of the Year by the Colorado Pharmacist's Society.

Richard Einhellig,  earned his B.S. in Pharmacy at the University of Kansas and completed a Hospital Pharmacy Residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  His acute care experience includes leadership roles in drug use evaluation and pharmacy information system development at a large university teaching hospital and over 12 years of clinical practice experience.  He has managed community and long term care pharmacies and served as the consultant pharmacist for long term care and assisted living facilities and for the Larimer County Health Department.  His current practice is in acute care with emphasis on intensive care.
